Well my friends, it’s only the first day of the week and i’m yawning pretty hard right now. I’m going into work tomorrow, but after that, i am going to try to do a few new drawings for you all this week. The drawing i’m posting tonight is of model Lily Cole. I drew these two black and whites of her in the character sketchbook that i really like how they turned out. i think i will post it’s counter part soon! i hope you all are having a wonderful night. :)

Singing in the Rain

Why Happy Sunday early morning friends! Just got back from hanging with my friends, the Baxleys, and i saw “Singing in the Rain” for the first time, which was awesome! Now i have a huge crush on Debbie Reynolds (the leading lady in the movie). Oh and i started sketching up some clothes designs cause i think my friend Alice and I are going to make a small handmade Collection sometime in the future… and there are a few outfits i think that are going to be pretty fun. Well, the drawing above i did a few years back, i drew it in the car while on a road trip. i hope you like it! :)

Looking Back

Well, my friends, today was a good day of getting organized. I cleaned my Studio! You should see it; it’s all shiny and clean. I thought of a little concept for a short film, if i ever get time, i want to make it. The drawing tonight is out of Volume 2 of my Character Sketchbook. For some reason, i really like how it turned out It’s kinda simple but the lines in it just seem right. :) i hope you like it! and i hope you all are having a great night or day (depending on where you are ;)

The 10 Minute Sketch

Hello Friends! Did you all have a great day with your Mother’s yesterday? I sure did. It was such a nice relaxing day. We hung out, watched Arrested Development & then later watched the old classic “South Pacific”, which was my first time seeing it, and i loved it. i don’t think they made any bad movies back then, it’s so amazing. Well, later last night i decided to make an extremely Quick Video for you all. I gave myself 10 minutes to begin and end the drawing, mostly because my camera can only record in 5 minute slots and also cause my chip was full at 10 minutes… haha But the drawing i did was of this great picture of Alix of the blog The Cherry Blossom Girl. For the sketch I drew with a sharpie on glass, and then painted with Acrylic after. I think i will be redrawing that picture in a few days on normal paper, not glass… so i will keep you posted. The Video is real simple; i hope you like it :)

Back in the Day

Oh wow… boy, do I miss the days back a few years ago when i started the Character Sketchbook. I was going through the old book today, and it brought back so many memories. It was so basic and simple, with so many accidents and freakish mess-up drawings… That strangely enough work… Lately, i’ve been longing to go back to that place, so i think i might! Starting at where i’m at, number #204, i’m going back to simple pen drawings! So, i hope you like #13. It’s what brought me back to my roots today! i’m hoping to do an art show displaying numbers 1-200 in order, within this year… so we will see. i will keep you all posted. Well, good night to you all my friends! Thanks for everything.
