Hide N Seek
When was the last time you all played Hide & Seek? This image reminds me of playing that game. How was your day? Mine was great, drawing grid suit Croquis (Fashion sketchs) all day. Got like 25-30 drawn now. i decided to quit for the night when my eyes started to hurt and get all hazy… haha The picture today is from Volume 2 of my Character Sketchbook. The original picture is of Swedish model Mona Johannesson. I love the picture, i feel like the image captures Intimacy & Love perfectly. At least, whenever i think about love, that image pops into my head, not sure why. It’s just so playful. I’m not sure if my picture has that same feeling, but i sure tried… haha. Well, i hope you all are doing wonderful, and hope you like the drawing :)

Happy Tuesday! Wow, today was fun! i went down to Laguna Beach to the galleries with my mom and had some sushi, and then definitely got to see Dr. Seuss stuff in one of the galleries! It was so stinking incredible! Well, the blogger portrait today is of one of my all time favorite street style blogs. Her photography and illustration is lovely; it’s such a timeless site. How are you doing? i tried to make you an animation today, but my brain had too many big and elaborate ideas to pull off in one day, so i decided to do this drawing. its of model Allie Crandell. Hey guys~! How are you all doing today? It’s been a great Saturday. Went to the beach with my brother and my friends Ryan and Alice and filmed some video. Now, we are just sitting eating pizza(my favorite) and watching Arrested Development(my favorite)! Hope you like drawing #174 from the Character Sketchbook. i did it a year ago. It’s kinda crazy; layered it with different papers. So trippy, huh? :)

Good morning! Good morning! It’s all nice and cold right now, and i’m sipping on coffee! Woot woo! Feels pretty good. ;) Ok,so i reanimated this scene from my test animation. Here it is! Sorry there isn’t more; i haven’t had any time, but my goal is to finish it this summer. The music is something i wrote a little while back for this story. i hope it works out for the full animation, but not sure… Hope you’re all doing great! P.S. Thanks for sending me the pictures of you all wearing the shirts. It’s been so fun seeing you all wearing the shirts from all over. Keep them coming! :)

Wow, today was really fun! i started hearing back and seeing picture from a lot of the people who ordered the Girl in Glasses Tee. Finding people wearing the shirt today was… to quote Geri Hirsch “kind of like Where’s Waldo!” It was really fun. If your shirt arrives, if you could send me a picture of you sporting it, that would be amazing! It’s so much fun seeing you all sporting the shirt! Thanks again so much! ;) The drawing for tonight i did 2 Thanksgivings ago. It’s of Lily Cole sitting on a chair. I really like how it turned out, kinda reminds me of being in a dream. You know how sometimes in dreams objects size and scale don’t really line up with reality. This picture reminds me of that! hah

Chanel Resort Collection 2010
Well, Hello friends, How are you all doing? Well, today is Memorial Day holiday here in the US, and so far it’s been an amazing, relaxing day. The weather is so great right now. I did this quick sketch last night, when i stumbled on to the 2010 Chanel Resort collection! Wow, it is so so so amazing! It’s like straight out a story book. Well, after looking it over a few times, i drew this picture. The outfit is from that collection. i didn’t have the time to do any drawing that’s too elaborate, so it’s pretty simple… i hope you like it! :)

Runway Zombie Day
Hello my Friends, how are you doing today? I’m currently living as a Zombie! Wait a sec, that might be an oxymoron… i guess Zombies can’t be living…. i guess I’m currently existing as a Zombie… haha Well, last night, my really good friends flew in and we picked them up at 1am at LAX, and by the time we were settled down to sleep, it was far too late. So basically, today I’m running on way too much coffee! ahhaah The painting today is one from way way, way back. It’s just a basic water color and pen painting i did back when i was in school. It is of Gemma Ward walking on Chloe’s Spring 2007 runway Show. I have to say, this was my favorite collection Chloé has put together. It has such simple and complementary style.
