How are you? I’ve been catching up on rest. Also, trying to rescan all my old drawings that i lost files for when my harddrive crashed. The image today is one of those paintings that was lost. When i was scanning it, i realized i had never posted it before. The painting is of the Ali Michael in Coach Poppy campaign. It turned out super bright and colorful. I hope you like it :)
Models: Caroline Brasch Nielsen & Monika “Jac” JagaciakPhotographer: David Sims Stylist: Karl Templer. Hey friends, how was your weekend? Mine was good. Had another Fringe weekend. Also, worked a little on a project that will be released in a week or so. I’m so excited for you to see it. It is seriously unlike anything i have ever done before. I think the project is released next Monday. :)The painting today is of a Valentino ad i saw in Vogue. It’s kinda funny how i ended up seeing the ad. My mom bought a issue of Vogue because my friend Julia Frakes was in it, and when i was looking through the magazine, this Valentino ad really stood out to me as something that would be fun to paint. What do you think? Also, i will be doing another live painting on Ustream tomorrow, Monday, December 12, at 12:30pm PST. I will be adding another layer to the under painting. Should be painting for 3 to 4 hours. Hope to see you then ;)
Well, friends, here it is! The finished Proenza Schouler painting from the video! Howdy! Here’s my own rendition of an already existing Harajuku Lovers Fragrance ad, i wasn’t commissioned to do this. When i saw the ad, i couldn’t resist drawing it. I mean, how could i? It is way too fun of a picture. How are you all doing today? Any questions for me? Love to answer. Have a great day.
