Happy Sunday! Wow, this weekend went way too fast. i’m still way too tired. Got a lot of work and trying to keep up. i doodled up this drawing just right now. It’s of the same picture i posted yesterday, but this time with different materials. It’s always fun for me to see how the same drawing comes out with different materials. How was all your guys weekend? I’m watching Ghostbusters right now with my family. That movie is one of the funniest movies. I think i’m going to do a self portrait tonight for this magazine in Portugal. I’ll post it when i finish. Hope you’re having a GGGGGRRRReeeeeatttttTTT day!

Tonight i was hanging out watching the Olympics and the movie Chariots of Fire in honor of the Olympics. As i was watching the movie, i painted this. As i have said in the past, i’m not much of a painter… so this was more of an experiment for me. i drew it of the blogger from “Lisa place”. i hope you like it this blogger portrait.. well last night i stumbled on to a young blogger named Tavi of the blog stylerookie. It is a really fun blog. As i was looking through the blog there was picture on there that caught my eye, and i couldn’t resist drawing it. It was to fun to pass up. hope you like it. :)

well i’m sorry to post from my book 3 days in a row but i’m really excited about how it turned out. how are you guys doing? i’m so so so busy this week. kinda crazy. going to help coach at a wrestling camp tomorrow. should be fun. i think i’m going to draw for the next few hours and then go to bed. but i hope yawl are having a great day. Well it’s sunday, and i see the finish line on Voume two. I finished 195 yeserday and actually just finished 197 but haven’t scanned it yet. So only 3 drawings left in the book woooooo-hooooo. really excited about this book. i hope you like it. :)

I’ve been scanning and showing you all my different sketchbooks. There are still a few more.
There’s still the “Old Sketch Book” which i should be posting soon, and my “Book of Figure Drawing” which… well i’m not sure if i will ever post that! haha. But the Book I’m posting from today is my weird book. I created this book in 2004, and i think i pretty much did it in one day. i was in a weird mood and i just started doodling and doodling and this book was the product of it.

For those who have been the Italian restaurant “Di Buca Di Beppo” you know that every square inch of the place is covered in old photo’s. And basically old 20’s-30’s photo’s are on of my favorite things in the world. So Last year i went there with a bunch of friends and they sat us in this big booth, and gave us crayons and paper menus. To me when that happens my body can’t resist the pull or the longing… it’s like the greatest formula for the most terribly fun experience. Crayons and old pictures! yea i’m getting excited just thinking about it right now. so needless to say the drawings above are the result of the incredible night.
